As a print reseller, you probably have clients who from time to time invite customers and potential clients to events and functions. Whether your customer is running an event, launching a new brand or even hosting a private function, they’ll want a good attendance – and that starts with the invite.
So, what invite formats and choices can you offer?
Flat or folded?
Many people don’t put a great deal of thought into the format of their invite and that’s a pity because you can really get creative with the options made available by modern digital print.
At TradeDigitalPrint.co.uk we offer seven flat invite sizes from A7 up to A5, 1/3 A4 and 7” x 5”. You can have your invite portrait or landscape or choose 140mm or 148mm square.
If you prefer to go with a folded invite you can choose from a half fold, a tent fold or a gatefold that gives you six panels. Folded invites are made from one of seven flat sizes ranging from 198mm x 210mm to A4.
Flat invites are often used for parties or functions and when you don’t need a great deal of information on your invite.
Folded invites are often used if the customer wants to give more information about the event, product or business. Folded invites also allow for more creativity and greater layout options at the design stage.
Pick a paper to compliment your design
There’s an extensive range of paper types, weights and finishes you can use for your invite. It can be printed on anything from 100gsm paper right up to 400gsm card. Choose from a silk, gloss or premium uncoated finish. If environmental issues are high on your customer’s list of priorities you can offer silk or uncoated recycled paper.
